What It’s Like to Work at Rogers with Dale Saunders

Happy, happy Wednesday! We are joined by one of our team members, Dale Saunders who joined our team 3 years ago! He joined our team in September of 2019 after he attended an open interview at Rogers. 

Dale is very goal oriented, not scared of hard work and (comes from farming background) describes himself as "home grown."

Dale says that working at Rogers feels like a family and he thoroughly enjoys their daily 10am meetings. (where there are dance parties, daily.)

Very recently Dale was promoted to Service Coordinator (yay Dale!) He is appreciative of this new opportunity and is excited to lead. When asked about advice he would give Dale said, "Be a sponge, work hard, and be honest!"
