The Importance of Building Relationships with Ace Bohanon

Ace is a VP Business Banker and has been since 1998 (24 years!) He loves helping those in the community of South Boston.

He stumbled into this field by accident! His advice to people early on in their careers is to "give it a short, and stay open to any/all possibilities." He describes his leadership style as open. "My door is always open for those to voice their concerns." His motto is, "been there, done that."
