Make an Impact with Tracy Quackenbush Martin
On this episode we are joined by Tracy Quackenbush Martin, the Halifax County Commonwealth attorney.
Tracy Quackenbush Martin didn't always want to pursue law. In fact, she originally wanted to be a veterinarian. She quickly realized that pursuing animals would distance herself from people, something she did not want to do.
Tracy Quackenbush Martin attended law school at Washington and Lee University School of Law. She enjoys the small town feel of Halifax County. She didn't always enjoy being noticed, but says that is what makes Halifax County so great. Everyone knowing everyone and willing to help is what makes Halifax county so great.
Her advice is "whatever you do, be the best, decide to have a positive impact and you cannot please everyone (trust me, I've tried)."
